$165,000 - $225,000 annually Associate Attorney - HOA/Condo Law | Florida A well-regarded Florida law firm is seeking an

experienced HOA/Condo Attorney

to join its expanding team. This role combines

litigation work

with

general counsel responsibilities

for homeowners' and condominium associations. Candidates may work in-office or remotely, depending on preference. Key Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HOA/condo association representation Proven litigation experience (depositions, mediations, hearings, trials) General counsel background, including advising boards on governance, compliance, contracts, and operations Strong communication and relationship-building skills with boards and property managers Active Florida Bar membership in good standing Responsibilities

Represent associations in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution Counsel boards on governing documents, statutory compliance, and contracts Draft and review amendments, policies, and agreements Support boards with meetings, elections, and ongoing operational issues Develop efficient, results-oriented litigation strategies What the Firm Offers
