Litigation Paralegal – Remote with Occasional In-Person Meetings (Jacksonville, FL)

Litigation Paralegal
to support our growing trust & estates and business litigation practice. This position is primarily
remote , with occasional in-person meetings and court appearances as needed. The ideal candidate will bring at least
3 years of civil litigation experience , with strong knowledge of the
Florida Rules of Civil Procedure , experience with
State and Federal E-filing , and the ability to manage complex cases with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. Conduct legal research and analysis using reliable resources and databases. Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents. Assist attorneys with case preparation, organization, and management of files and evidence. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and related events. Manage attorney calendars, including tracking deadlines, hearings, and court schedules. Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Support trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness binders, and courtroom logistics. Maintain organized and secure electronic case files. Perform additional administrative and litigation support tasks as needed. Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of litigation paralegal experience
in a law firm environment. Proficiency with
Florida E-filing Portal
and familiarity with federal court filing systems. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case flow. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.
