Join Luther Burnsville Volkswagen as an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant. Location: Burnsville, Minnesota We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales and Leasing Associate to join our team. As part of our sales team, you will guide customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, representing an award-winning lineup of Volkswagen vehicles. At Luther Burnsville Volkswagen, we offer robust marketing support, strong brand recognition, and exclusive benefits for our customers through the "Luther Advantage" program. $39-$150k/year (Commission-Based) Responsibilities: Greet customers by phone, in person, and online. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Proactively follow up with potential customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Engage with customers through various communication channels. Conduct high-quality demonstrations of our new and used vehicles. Prepare and present sales quotes and trade-in evaluations. Skillfully overcome objections and find effective solutions to finalize sales. Inform and endorse optional vehicle protection packages. Manage the vehicle delivery process. Actively participate in professional networking events to build your client base. Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively. Generate customer referrals and encourage positive online reviews. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: An energetic and self-motivated attitude. Previous experience in sales or customer service. General knowledge of basic computer systems. Availability to work a minimum two evenings per week and on Saturdays. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
