Requirements Minimum of two years of management-side labor and employment experience. Demonstrated success in court, agency, and arbitration advocacy. Proven client service record with strong case management abilities. Experience researching and drafting motions, briefs, and regulatory filings. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing. Skills Exceptional legal research and writing capabilities. Strong oral advocacy and negotiation prowess.
