Juris Doctor Responsibilities
Structuring, negotiating, and executing a broad array of financing transactions, including sponsor-led acquisition financings, fund finance, special situations, and distressed lending matters. Leading deal teams through all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including origination, documentation, negotiation, and closing. Drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation such as credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor and subordination agreements, control agreements, and guarantees. Collaborating with cross-practice attorneys and advising clients on risk allocation, compliance, and market trends. Supporting workouts, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings when applicable. Qualifications
5+ to 7 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in middle-market finance Seniority level: Mid-Senior Experience with large AMLAW 100 law firms Excellent academic credentials Willingness to travel occasionally Minimum Education: Juris Doctor Job Function & Industry
