Lead onboarding for ~20 new hires weekly across the U.S. Coordinate interviews, onboarding paperwork, and training for new HR team members Supervise and mentor an entry-level HR Generalist Serve as a primary contact for employee benefits questions via email and phone Assist with open enrollment and benefits enrollment processes Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance Collaborate with the HR team on process improvements and special projects What You Bring
3+ years of HR generalist experience 1+ year of benefits administration experience Experience in retail or manufacturing environments (preferred but not required) Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Why You’ll Love It Here

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
