Tell me about my job.
We are currently growing our ETRM/CTRM Openlink Endur practice and are looking for experienced Openlink Endur Consultants with expertise in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading and Risk Management System Implementations. You will be part of the team involved in implementation/upgrade/support of Openlink Endur, bringing SME knowledge in one or more business areas such as deal modeling, deal valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for commodities and energy. You will ensure successful project delivery and the best client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the Openlink Endur platform.
Design, configure, test, and implement functional modules of Openlink Endur to meet client needs.
Document business requirements, implementation designs, test cases, and other deliverables.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations tailored to client-specific needs.
Provide functional advisory services, including training and guidance on Openlink Endur functionality.
Support existing solutions through bug fixes, enhancements, and ongoing operations.
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing business changes.
Apply industry best practices and adhere to documentation standards throughout project execution.
Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure solution quality, performance, and reliability.
Travel to client sites as needed to support project requirements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong expertise in Openlink Endur, with hands-on experience in versions 14 and above.
Proficiency in functional areas such as deal modeling, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting.
Understanding of Openlink Endur architecture and customization approaches for optimized implementation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex scenarios.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
