Nutley Animal Hospital is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Nutley, NJ. We have assembled an expert team of veterinary professionals to bring our clients the best possible healthcare for their pets. Whether you are a seasoned doctor or a new graduate, we will make you feel at home. We offer mentorship, surgery, digital x-ray, ultrasound and dental services. We also have a strong exotic following in addition to canine and feline medicine. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality general veterinary care across canine, feline and other species as applicable. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic workups and communicate findings and treatment plans with clients. Perform and assist with surgeries and diagnostic procedures as part of a collaborative team. Utilize available imaging and dental services to support patient care. Engage in client education and foster strong client relationships. Qualifications
Graduate of an AVMA-accredited college or hold ECFVG or PAVE certification. Licensure (or pending licensure) in good standing to practice in the state of New Jersey. Compensation
Base salary of $120,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience). Production-based bonuses. Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses available. About the Area
We are located in a residential area of northern New Jersey. The area offers beaches, lakes, mountains, and farms, with NYC within easy reach by bus or train. Communities nearby include a variety of attractions and cultural amenities.
