Designing and maintaining a highly available EVPN-VXLAN spine and leaf network. Implementing a micro-segmented network security posture. Designing and implementing a monitoring system that includes a dark fiber network. Designing and implementing an Infrastructure as Code methodology around networking components. Designing and maintaining perimeter networking devices in a highly secure posture. Mentoring junior network engineers. What We’re Looking For
Experience managing Juniper network devices. Experience with Juniper Apstra and Mist. Extensive experience with BGP. Experience with Terraform for network provisioning. Experience with Palo-Alto firewalls. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu). Understanding of security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management. Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Containerd). Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Perl. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with CI/CD pipelines. What We Offer
