The Role
We are looking for a
Software Engineer (Full Stack)
who is passionate about building secure, high-performance systems and intuitive user experiences. In this role, you’ll work on tier 0 services that are central to how users trust and interact with Postman. You’ll contribute across the stack—from backend APIs and infrastructure to user-facing applications that enable customers to manage access, secrets, compliance, and more. This is a great opportunity to work on hard problems at scale, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and user empathy. What You’ll Do
Design and build secure, performant, and reliable full-stack features within the Product Trust domain. Contribute to critical backend services with a strong focus on availability, observability, and scalability. Collaborate with Security, Infra, and Product teams to solve cross-cutting problems. Deliver seamless and intuitive experiences that make security and trust easy for users to adopt and understand. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines. Be proactive and hands-on in shipping features, fixing bugs, and iterating based on user feedback. Contribute to team planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. What We’re Looking For
2–4 years
of experience building full-stack applications in a product-driven environment. Experience working with
SQL/NoSQL databases , RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. A strong grasp of software development fundamentals—data structures, design patterns, testing, and performance. Awareness or interest in security, privacy, and platform reliability. Bias for action—ability to move fast and deliver value under constraints. A collaborative mindset with willingness to work across team boundaries and help others succeed. Why Join Us?
