Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities include: Perform operational tasks such as server provisioning, upgrades, patching, changes, and testing. Participate in IT system implementations from requirements gathering through implementation and support transition. Document newly implemented or existing systems in Linux and processes according to quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Install and configure systems. Automate Infrastructure tasks in Ansible. Build virtual machines in Azure or AWS. Identify and address technical or operational risks and inefficiencies with IT systems. Develop and maintain documentation and utilize change management processes for operational best practices and systems maintenance. Collaborate with project managers in the development of detailed project plans. Develop and execute a support transition plan for system implementations. Provide assistance for issues escalated from downstream support teams. Must Haves: 3-5 years of experience focusing mainly on delivery processes in Linux, with operations, building virtual machines, and designing and implementing solutions. Virtualization and networking experience in VMware, Nutanix, or similar platforms. Scripting and automation experience in Ansible. Experience with deployment in hyperscalers such as Azure and AWS. Familiarity with ITIL, change management, and documentation processes. Pluses: Scripting experience in Git. Seniority level
