Manage and support AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and other AWS services. Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of AWS resources. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as CloudFormation. Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS infrastructure, including network, storage, compute resources, vulnerabilities, and upgrades. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications and analytics assets such as data models, ML, and AI. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices, including regular security assessments and audits. Optimize AWS resources for cost efficiency and performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. Write and debug high-level, performant tested Python code. Deploy new infrastructure quickly to various environments. Write and debug frontend code such as ReactJS. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in managing and supporting AWS infrastructure. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and others. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4J, Neptune). Familiarity with change management (Dev, Test, PRD). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Grafana. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. AWS certifications are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to articulate complex information clearly across all levels. Compensation & Benefits
New Brunswick, NJ, US: $139,570 - $169,126 base salary. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility. Final compensation decided based on demonstrated experience. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, wellbeing resources, retirement plans, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and other programs in effect at the time of offer. Specific benefits vary by location and role. On-site / Work Arrangement
