Overview
This role involves leading strategic industrial/plant management and infrastructure projects from early planning through execution. Responsibilities include scoping, business case development, engineering design, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and construction oversight. The Lead Engineer will manage multiple high-impact projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support Mosaic’s strategic priorities. Experience in scaling up new processes from pilot to full-scale is essential. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical preferred) 10+ years of PM experience on $20M–$100M industrial capital projects Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Maximo Strong project management and problem-solving abilities Experience managing EPC phases in industrial settings Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives Broad engineering and construction knowledge across disciplines Able to manage projects independently in operating or brownfield environments Experience with feasibility analysis, risk management, and safety integration Seniority level
