Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Occasional site visits and overtime as needed Compensation:
75,000-95,000+ depending on experience Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day project execution from start to finish Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation Schedule inspections, manage change orders, and track job costs Review contracts, submittals, and work plans for accuracy and compliance Ensure all safety standards and regulations are met or exceeded Participate in job site walks and quality control reviews Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams Communicate project updates and status to leadership regularly Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field — OR equivalent field experience 2+ years of relevant project management in Heavy Highway Construction (experience preferred) Strong understanding of construction practices, scheduling, and permitting Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Proven leadership and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Tech-savvy — ability to use project management and scheduling software Valid drivers license required Why Join This Team
