Overview
We are looking for a skilled cryptologic computer scientist to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge solutions in a scientific framework. You will work on mission-critical tasks such as forensics, attack attribution, critical network protection, and penetration testing. You will apply advanced computer science techniques to operating systems, algorithms, and data structures to tackle complex issues and contribute to cryptologic and computer science missions with state-of-the-art approaches. Experience with VHF/RF analysis and Python is desired. Responsibilities
Design, develop, deliver, and operate solutions to hard cryptologic computer science problems within a scientific framework. Apply solutions to forensics and attack attribution, protection of critical networks, active system warnings and indicators, active penetration into target systems, knowledge discovery of passive/active systems, or other cryptologic computer science mission support. Apply requisite computer science skills (operating systems, compiler theory, database theory, algorithm analysis, computer architecture, discrete math, programming language theory, and data structures) to provide state-of-the-art techniques and tools. Qualifications
Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active Poly Education: Doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 6 years; or Bachelor’s with 8 years; or Associate degree with 10 years; degree fields include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with at least four upper-level math classes and programming experience Experience: Relevant experience in computer science (theoretical or applied), simulation/model development, mathematical modeling, algorithm design/analysis, reverse engineering, and/or developing computer and information systems Experience
Experience should demonstrate work in computer science-related areas, including computation science, algorithm design/analysis, and related fields as described above. Benefits
