The Salesforce Developer will help build a case management system using the LWC framework and Flows. The role involves designing and developing Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, Flows, batch processes, test classes, and API integrations. The developer will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts across application design, code management, release processes, and testing, while reviewing code from junior developers and providing constructive feedback. A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Agile methodology, and prior experience with Service Cloud and version control tools like Bitbucket or GitHub is required. Desired Skills and Experience
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Contribute to CI/CD processes and release management. Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications, preferred. Demonstrated experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a strong background as a Salesforce Developer. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript. Design and implement scalable salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices; conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Contribute to complex platform development projects, including Apex and Visualforce coding, system integrations (via middleware), and data migrations. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from solution design to testing and deployment. Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained across all customer-facing project deliverables. Collaborate with project teams to estimate, plan, and manage the development and testing of new features. Analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions on the salesforce platform. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery. Communicate effectively across internal teams and with clients, ensuring clear documentation and transparency. Proven ability to self-manage workloads, meet deadlines, and deliver on project commitments. Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Holds relevant Salesforce Functional and/or Technical Certifications. Capable of handling complex and diverse tasks with minimal supervision. Collaborative team player focused on achieving optimal results through teamwork. Acts as a trusted advisor to both aFit and client stakeholders. Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work. Approaches challenges with a consultative and positive mindset.
