Windows 11 support and troubleshooting (2+ years). Experience in a Windows Active Directory environment with working knowledge of Administrative Tools and basic administration (2+ years). Hardware and software installations including desktops, laptops, tablet configuration and peripherals associated with the workplace (3+ years). Technical customer support role experience (in person and telephonically). PowerShell and command line usage to automate and streamline processes (3+ years). SCCM administration: troubleshooting SCCM infrastructure issues, planning and implementing infrastructure changes. Automation and deployment of enterprise client systems including OS imaging, software packaging, scripting, and application deployment. Patching of enterprise assets (servers and workstations) including Microsoft and third-party software. Client health troubleshooting and remediation. Leadership in root cause analysis efforts. Working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL, and SSRS. Skillset alignment for meeting Exchange objectives regarding security, stability, and OS deployment and optimization. Required Skills and Experience
Installing and supporting SCCM infrastructure; extensive knowledge troubleshooting SCCM site servers, in-console upgrades, and side-by-side server migrations (7+ years). Windows 10 OS upgrade experience using SCCM ConfigMgr and MDT, creating custom task sequences and packages. Application packaging experience using native SCCM and custom solutions. 2 years of patch management experience, creating software deployment groups, packages, using ADRs and reporting on compliance status. 2 years working knowledge of PowerShell and command line installation and configurations to automate processes.
