Product Manager - Deposit & Liquidity Solutions We are seeking a highly effective and dynamic Product Manager to support emerging liquidity solution efforts within Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS). In line with client needs for ease of use and visibility, TPS is delivering virtual account management capabilities to help clients manage liquidity and account structures.

The Product Manager will participate in developing new concepts from ideation to design to commercialization, including multiple pilot iterations. The role involves partnering with stakeholders from Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to secure participation and support for these solutions. The position contributes to the growth of the Treasury & Payment Solutions business through ideas and solutions informed by market research, competitive analysis, and client demand, in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and the Product Team. It also offers exposure to Payables, Receivables, Channels & Data, and Deposit & Liquidity Management to align and integrate TPS offerings for holisitc client solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Emerging Liquidity Solutions Senior Product Manager to conduct market and client research, collaborate with internal support partners and external vendors, and support definition of use cases, target markets and business strategies.

Develop financial cases and commercialization plans.

Evaluate and onboard vendors as needed.

Provide ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives.

Manage to appropriate KPIs, OKRs and metrics to measure success.

Collaborate with internal analytics and reporting teams to develop behavioral analyses and portfolio modeling that drive client optimization strategies.

Support go-to-market strategies by providing marketing and product support to sales and service organizations; ensure end-to-end controls and regulatory requirements; participate in an ongoing evaluation loop that includes client, sales, product and operations input and deliver continuous internal education and sales support resources for client discovery on cash flows and short-term liquidity.

Basic Qualifications

Product management experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Typically three to five years of relevant experience.

Experience in Treasury or Treasury Operations.

Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working in Agile-based teams.

Works well in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Understanding of current market trends and client expectations in the Treasury space.

Track record of supporting complex programs in large multi-product organizations.

Experience working on in-house and vendor-supported products.

Understands product costing, P&L management, and proficient analytics skills.

Ability to use data analysis to identify client behavioral patterns and drive innovative solutions.

Product development, roadmap development and Agile delivery experience preferred.

Creative problem-solver with project management and budget management skills.

Self-motivated with strong follow-through and ownership of results.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting market priorities; strong customer-centric approach.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Location & Schedule This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office expectations of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office for other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location listed first. Actual range may differ by location. Pay range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package and incentive programs.
