What you will do: Articulate the organization's data governance vision, strategy, and roadmap Own Material Master Data Governance processes, tools, and data standards Ensure that data governance practices align with organizational goals and objectives Establishing guidelines and protocols for data management, including data quality, data privacy, and compliance Define and engage functional data owners for processes including, but not limited to, Finance, Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Global Trades, Quality & Warehousing Ensure that data practices comply with relevant policies and procedures to protect data privacy and security Train and educate employees about data governance policies and best practices Monitor and report key metrics reflecting the effectiveness of data governance initiatives Lead regular governance reviews focused on process non-conformance reduction, data trends, and opportunities for improvement Present monthly results to executive leadership Manage standard work / policies / procedures / KPIs Collaborate across functional areas to manage change and implement new processes Qualifications you must have: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Knowledge and familiarity with SAP System transactions Qualifications we prefer : Experience with Data Governance APICS / ASCM certification Raytheon Six Sigma, or CORE advanced certification Ability to process and communicate information using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word SQL and data analytics experience RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
