Role – Lead Snowflake Developer Location – Fort Mills SC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid) About The Role Seeking an experienced Snowflake Lead Developer to lead enterprise-wide platform governance, security automation, and compliance initiatives. This role focuses on establishing Center of Excellence, implementing comprehensive security frameworks, and automating all aspects of Snowflake platform management. Key Responsibilities Center of Excellence & Security Implementation Establish Snowflake Center of Excellence framework and platform standards Remediate audit findings including CyberArk integration for key pair authentication Implement Dynamic Data Masking policies and Protegrity tokenization enterprise-wide Deploy Dynamic Data Classification framework and credential protection via Conjur Vault/AWS Secrets Manager Implement automated service account credential rotation Automation & Integration Collaborate with ServiceNow and IIQ teams to automate user provisioning workflows Develop Snowflake APIs for ServiceNow and IIQ integrations Automate complete user access provisioning and infrastructure deployment across all environments Stabilize and document Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes Set up comprehensive resource monitoring and alerting systems Testing & Validation Conduct thorough testing of all ETL/ELT processes post-security implementations Validate data integrity across all security frameworks Review and update Snowflake use case inventory with accurate ownership and cost alignment Required Technical Expertise Snowflake Platform: Advanced administration, Dynamic Data Masking/Classification, RBAC design, API development, monitoring configuration Security & Identity Management: CyberArk PAM integration, Protegrity tokenization, AWS Secrets Manager/Conjur Vault, SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow, automated credential rotation Automation & DevOps: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow workflow development, Python/PowerShell scripting Required Skills 5+ years hands-on Snowflake development, administration, and security 3+ years implementing enterprise security and governance frameworks 2+ years privileged access management and identity governance experience Proven audit remediation experience in regulated environments Large-scale automation and integration project leadership Establish Center of Excellence framework and standards documentation Begin RBAC stabilization and Confluence inventory review Deploy Dynamic Data Masking and classification policies platform-wide Implement Protegrity tokenization across all environments Complete ServiceNow and IIQ workflow integrations with secrets management Achieve complete automation of user and service account provisioning Implement full infrastructure automation across all environments Finalize comprehensive testing and monitoring frameworks Stakeholder Collaboration Key Partners: InfoSec Team (security policy implementation), ServiceNow Team (workflow design), IIQ Team (identity governance), Product Owners (requirements gathering), Application Teams (integration testing) Required Qualifications Snowflake SnowPro Advanced certification (Security/Architecture preferred) 5+ years Snowflake security, governance, and automation experience Security Tools: CyberArk PAM, SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow implementation experience Integration: ServiceNow development and workflow automation Data Protection: Tokenization and masking platform implementation Cloud Security: AWS Secrets Manager and credential management Industry: Financial services or regulated environment experience If you are interested, kindly share your resume at sajid.k.shaikh@capgemini.com Life At Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
