The Media Supply Chain (MSC) AI Team is pioneering tomorrow’s supply chain by applying the latest in AI technologies. From automating metadata enrichment to enabling agentic experiences and natural language search, we are revolutionizing how media is produced, processed, and delivered. Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features across the supply chain. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. Build and maintain robust, scalable AI services and inference pipelines. Test, document, and implement prompt engineering strategies for GenAI and RAG applications. Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and contribute to internal AI best practices and tools. Maintain and extend reusable agents for seamless AI integrations. Contribute to AI documentation and knowledge sharing across engineering teams. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 2+ years of experience in software engineering. Experience building solutions with AI/ML concepts: inference/embedding models, agents, RAG, model distillation, vector search. Proficient in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go. Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI platforms. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the media industry is a plus. How We Get Things Done…

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $87,500.00 - $162,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
