Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements. Responsibilities
Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories Provide process flow and other required system documentation Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution Here's what you need
At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions Bonus points if you have
Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals Security Clearance
An active Top secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph Compensation and Benefits
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in several states and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles varies depending on a wide array of factors, including location, role, skill set and experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis with no fixed deadline to apply.
