Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Vehicle IT team within the IT Engineering group. This team develops and supports high-impact, enterprise-grade applications that power engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket operations across the company. Our tech stack includes Java, .NET (C#), React, and Python, with applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). What you will do

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications using Java, .NET, and Azure technologies. Develop and deploy containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide architectural input for integrating new technologies and modernizing legacy systems. Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from design through implementation, deployment, and support. Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure code quality across the development team. Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure performance, availability, and scalability across distributed environments. Contribute to the development of technical documentation, solution architectures, and integration plans. Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java or .NET (C#). Experience with common observability tools like Splunk, Datadog, or ThousandEyes. Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, including services like AKS, App Services, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, etc. Proven experience with cloud-native application development, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation. Strong architectural skills with the ability to design complex, scalable, and secure systems. Ability to mentor developers, lead code reviews, and drive best practices across teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional, enterprise environments. Desired Skills

Experience in large-scale enterprise or manufacturing environments, ideally within the automotive industry. Familiarity with CAD integrations (e.g., Siemens NX, AutoCAD) or engineering tools used in vehicle development. Hands-on experience building modern frontends using React or similar JavaScript frameworks. Working knowledge of event-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Exposure to infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, automated testing frameworks, and cloud security. Passion for innovative technologies in the connected vehicle or manufacturing space. Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:

$104.00 - $105.00/hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits, and life and disability insurance.
