We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Developer to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Java-based enterprise systems, cloud-native architecture, and API engineering. Exposure to Python for automation and data processing is a strong plus. Develop scalable, adaptable, and robust software solutions in collaboration with product teams, ensuring faster and more efficient delivery. Collaborate with Development and Business Analysis teams to understand system design and functionality, perform design studies, and assess system changes. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives, ensuring progress tracking and timely course correction. Ensure compliance with code quality, application security, accessibility, and Section 508 standards. Develop and enforce coding templates, best practices, and unit testing with minimal supervision. Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve the development process. Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new developers on company development tools and processes. Effectively communicate technical impact, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to leadership and team leads. Assist in Proof of Concepts (POC) and new technology initiatives to evaluate feasibility and impact. Design and develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, SQS, and SNS. Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs with a focus on performance, security, and scalability. Integrate and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka. Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and AWS IAM. Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including HIPAA-related Privacy and Security Rules. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 6 years of software development experience in enterprise environments Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security) Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) Proficiency in API development and testing using Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman Experience with Apache Kafka and real-time data streaming Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and AWS IAM for secure application development Solid knowledge of PL/SQL and relational databases Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN Ability to monitor system performance and uptime, and respond quickly to production issues Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Python for scripting, automation, or data processing AWS Certification (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect) Experience with Docker, ECS, or EKS Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk) Knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh technologies Why Us?

Pay Range: USD 79,232.00 - 123,800.00 per year. The final position placement within the range depends on experience and skill level.
