HTC Global Services is hiring an experienced
AI Lead
to drive the design and delivery of innovative AI solutions across Document AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI domains. You will lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliance-grade systems for automated document processing, AI-generated reports, and insight extraction. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of AI innovation and business transformation. What You’ll Own
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Lead the design and implementation of AI workflows for use cases like report analysis and auto-generated memos. Architect robust pipelines from data ingestion to validation, agentic processing, human-in-the-loop review, and publishing. Define best practices in prompt engineering and oversee the adoption of agent orchestration frameworks.
Stakeholder & Business Alignment
Partner closely with teams across Investor Relations, Compliance, and Underwriting to align AI solutions with business goals. Translate real-world challenges into measurable AI outcomes with clear ROI. Ensure AI solutions meet internal standards for governance, privacy, SOX compliance, and ethical AI practices. Technical Leadership
Select and integrate the right mix of LLMs, OCR engines, and ML models (e.g., Claude, GPT, AWS Bedrock, layout-aware extractors). Establish data quality and assurance frameworks (confidence scoring, abstention logic, exception flows). Guide secure and scalable cloud-native deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Team Leadership & Best Practices
Mentor and manage a distributed team of AI engineers and data scientists. Define and implement MLOps practices for monitoring, drift detection, and retraining. Ensure delivery of high-quality, reusable components such as Prompt Libraries and Template Repositories. What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise
Deep experience in NLP, LLMs, Document AI, and Agentic AI architectures. Proficiency with OCR tools (Textract, Tesseract, PaddleOCR) and schema-based data extraction. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, etc. Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure deployments. Knowledge of compliance standards and how to design AI systems that meet governance requirements. Leadership & Strategy
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including globally distributed teams. Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and executive stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a record of delivering AI programs at enterprise scale. Education & Certifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. Certifications in cloud and AI platforms (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer) are a strong plus. What to Expect
