Overview
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. The Senior Systems Analyst will provide engineering support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Production team, focusing on requirements definition, elaboration, and verification in support of Missile Defense framework and Core Truth Model (CTM) software development, including software containerization development. The role involves interaction between the Government and Prime Contractors in support of MDA’s M&S and integration and test programs and may include analyzing the integration of systems engineering processes and methodologies to ensure effectiveness of this work. Responsibilities
Develop and review Framework, RepBox and CTM requirements and diagrams Develop and review Framework and Missile Defense System Interface Control Documents Lead and facilitate technical discussions and collaboration activities with internal and external stakeholders, including Prime Contractors and Missile Defense elements Actively participate in Framework, RepBox and CTM Program Increment Planning activities Develop and review verification and validation plans for CTM development and coordinate with the accrediting organization Draft and review technical documents, briefings, white papers, etc. Contribute to overall functional strategic planning of Framework, RepBox and CTM System Engineering processes within the organization Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience: Experience in model and simulation development Experience in Agile and Lean software development principles Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and applications Experience in software containerization development concepts and applications Experience in model and simulation requirements development Experience in model and simulation verification and validation Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance Education Requirements: MA/MS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or BA/BS degree with 20+ years of relevant experience Desired Skills: Experience in Radio Frequency (RF) and Infrared (IR) signature models Experience with environmental models and environmental states and effects Experience with missile defense system and/or threat system simulation and model testing processes Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience with DoD and/or MDA acquisition and systems engineering Benefits and Culture
