STUDIOS Los Angeles office is seeking candidates interested in and passionate about design that integrates technology, sustainability, and social impact across a broad spectrum of project types including commercial office, media and entertainment, mixed-use, labs, academic and civic institutions. Responsibilities
Contribute to complex projects across various scales and stages of project development. Apply technology and sustainability integrated design within projects. Engage with the design process to explore the social role of architecture across project types including commercial office, media and entertainment, mixed-use, labs, academic and civic institutions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 7-10 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm, including highly complex project types (large commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, and/or cultural projects). Strong portfolio with professional projects demonstrating intelligent, innovative design concepts, professional-grade visualization and presentation graphics, and experience with construction documentation. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate internally with the team and externally with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Concept Design to Schematic Design through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration, with advanced project management experience. Proactive design approach with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Design and documentation experience using Revit; software proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, and SketchUp. About the company and benefits
