Project/Program:
OMH Authorization Solution (OAS) and other OMH projects as needed. Responsibilities: Design and implement solutions using C#, .Net, MVC, PL/SQL, and other programming tools. Execute full SDLC, use Visual Studio 2019 or higher, and develop using MVC, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, AJAX, HTML, XML, and WCF. Create and modify Oracle tables, indexes, constraints, triggers, views, and code stored procedures and packages. Diagnose and troubleshoot application reports using Crystal Reports. Mentor and assist other programmers, providing guidance on debugging, security, deployment, and system architecture. Use source code repositories like TFS or GitLab for version control. Manage incidents and service requests within the IT Service Management System. Coordinate application releases and changes with ITS teams. Diagnose and debug production issues, escalate critical issues, and participate in bridge calls. Report on current tasks and issues to supervisors. Mandatory Qualifications: 84+ months experience developing and maintaining applications in C#/.NET, HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS. 84+ months experience with Oracle database design, PL/SQL, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, and table creation. Experience interpreting business requirements and translating them into application logic. Experience with SOA, web services, WCF, SOAP/REST APIs, message queues, and microservices architecture. Requested Qualifications: 36+ months experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0. 24+ months experience with CI/CD workflows. 48+ months experience with MVC 5 or later. 24+ months experience with HIPAA-protected healthcare data.
