We work on a wide variety of project types including residential, academic, religious, commercial, and civic projects. We are seeking talented designers with a preferred experience level of 5+ years and a desire to be in a creative, collaborative office. The ability to work in a self-directed environment, sound judgement, and strong attention to detail are important. The role often involves managing multiple projects and staying organized and time-efficient. We offer a flexible work schedule; typically 40-45 hours per week with additional hours during crunch times. All employees are equipped with laptops, webcams, and video conferencing to participate in project and client meetings, design critiques, and company activities. The health and well-being of our staff is our top priority. Responsibilities
Apply design ideas and lead architectural projects from concept through documentation. Coordinate with project teams, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects. Develop design work through hand sketches, 3D renderings, and verbal presentations to convey concepts. Contribute to architectural design, documentation, detailing, building materials, codes, and construction technologies. Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture 5+ years of work experience Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp/FormIt Ability to communicate design ideas via hand sketching, 3D renderings, and verbal presentation Knowledge of architectural design, documentation, detailing, materials, building codes, and construction technologies Commitment to all aspects of sustainability Preferred Qualifications
