Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements Basic Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree + 5 years of experience, or Master\'s degree + 3 years of experience, or no degree + 10 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability Desired Qualifications

Experience in classified or mission-critical environments Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure Clear, concise documentation and communication skills A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure Requirements
