Cardiology Implementation Analyst – PACS Administrator

Overview
My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new one to two year plus full remote Cardiology Implementation Analyst – PACS Administrator opportunity available for a major firm located in Saint Louis, Missouri that could be of interest to you. The ideal candidate can be located in either EST, CST, MST or PST time zones. The work week will be forty hours. This position is fully remote however there is 25-35% travel to the EST, CST, MST, and PST markets. The ideal candidate will be traveling to go live sites for the firm\u2019s hospitals and will be traveling every two months and sometimes every other month, depending on go-live dates. Travel expenses will be paid for including up to eight hours of travel time as well as food expenses at a cap of $70.00 per day (Excluding liquor & airline upgrades). The firm will pay for reasonable accommodations while on Go Live implementations. The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals. Responsibilities
Support Cardiology PACS implementations as a PACS Administrator or Implementation Analyst with experience in Cardiology. Travel to go-live sites for hospitals approximately 25-35% of the time; travel dates are set by go-live schedules. Configure modalities machines for where hospitals will store and query information. Provide strong customer service and maintain consistent resources for the entire project. Perform go-live activities, create worklists, and contribute to successful PACS go-live events. Liaise with health care providers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications
Must Have: 3+ years of experience as a PACS Admin or Implementation Analyst focused on Cardiology Implementations. Must Have: 2 years of experience with MergePACS or Change Healthcare PACS. Candidates with other systems and a demonstrated ability to learn will be considered. Must Have: Creating worklists and GoLive with strong PACS experience. Very strong troubleshooting skills. The firm will entertain a candidate who has migrated thousands of studies and is strong with PACS systems that might not have used Merge or Change Healthcare. Must Have: Experience providing customer service. Must Have: Need consistent resources for entire project. Must Have: Strong understanding of configuring modalities machines for storing and querying information. Must Have: Ability to travel 25-35% with dates set by the firm for go-lives. Prefer candidates with an affiliated hospital of the firm. Nice to Have: Fuji Synapse Migration to MergePACS would be a big plus. Nice to Have: Experience with ServiceNow is a plus but not required. Nice to Have: The firm will entertain a candidate that doesn\u2019t use the above PACS systems but is very strong as a PACS administrator. Team
