Title: Project Engineer (Superintendent Track) – Fortune-Johnson General Contractors Primary Job Responsibilities
Communication: effectively communicate with subcontractors about the project and scope of work. Demonstrate a working understanding of the common materials in our projects. Demonstrate an understanding of contract documents. Interpret drawings through and across sets, submittals, and shops. Walk the project and recognize details in the field. Execute follow-up correspondence to assist in project tasks. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients. Other ad hoc reporting as necessary. Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline. 0-2 years of experience. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. Ability to maintain focus in a high-level, fast-paced environment. Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results. Salary/Benefits
