Overview
We’re partnering with a leading organization in the Philadelphia suburbs seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level IT Systems Administrator. This full-time role supports a modern, hybrid IT environment focused on Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft 365 technologies. You’ll help support both day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure projects across multiple business units. Responsibilities
Provide hands-on administration and troubleshooting for Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter environments and related virtualization infrastructure. Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans. Document systems and processes; assist with project work and operational improvements. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) Experience managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) Backup and disaster recovery planning/implementation Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Desired Skills & Experience
PowerShell scripting experience Azure Active Directory or other cloud experience (e.g., AWS) Experience with automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, SCCM, Intune) Exposure to network fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs) Security or compliance-related knowledge (HIPAA, NIST, etc.) What You Will Be Doing

Bonus eligible Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) • Salary range: $131,040.00–$189,280.00+ (as listed in postings)
