Java Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, and will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications. Define architecture standards, best practices, and development guidelines. Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Drive performance tuning, scalability, and security enhancements. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development. Proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficient in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular, React) is a plus.
