The Launchers Integrated Engineering team is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Launchers and Weapons programs within Lockheed Martin's portfolio. The candidate should have technical problem-solving skills, the ability to see the big picture, the ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions, and the ability to partner well with internal and external organizations. The candidate will work collaboratively with design engineers and field technicians as well as representatives from Manufacturing, Quality, Design, and other engineering disciplines. Tasks include: Deriving lower level requirements and managing requirements and verification details in DOORS Authoring test plans, procedures, and standard operating procedures Developing Requirement Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) Working with system and design engineers to correct errors in designs based on test failures Who We Are

Bachelor\'s degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, plus 5 years\' relevant experience Experience with DOORS Requirements Management System Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with complex computer programs Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance at the Secret level Desired Skills
Master\'s degree in an engineering or scientific discipline Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision Well organized, able to take direction, and a self-starter Proven ability to work in a team development environment Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and CAMEO EEO
