DaVita is seeking a Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis center, delivering care in an empathetic and compassionate way for patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. No Dialysis experience is required. Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic. Float to various clinics during and after training. Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and machine set up. Deliver care in a fast-paced environment, using a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting. Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is preferred.
