Join the revolution at Nuvia to drive change and provide patients with premium care. $2,500 per arch for the first 3 months plus travel cost reimbursement $500,000 - $1,000,000+ Per Year Nuvia is looking for a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Indianapolis, IN location to help redefine dental implant excellence. Responsibilities
Perform dental implant surgery including the extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary. Work in close collaboration with the restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning for optimal outcomes. Examine, diagnose and provide treatment plans for patients in a comprehensive manner. Work in accordance with Center policies and procedures, safety guidelines (OSHA) and MSDS guidelines. Early and efficient surgical preparation and teamwork during procedures. Dictate comprehensive notes and collaborate with the team on upcoming cases. Duties in Practice
All fixed AOX cases; no singles or multiples to simplify workflow. Permanent next-day restoration with prostheses delivered in 24 hours by on-site restorative staff. Use titanium bar cross stabilization and a digital workflow to improve prosthetic passivity and implant success. Open for part- or full-time on a contract basis; no non-compete or restrictive covenants. Hands-on complex case training provided to expand your repertoire. Collaborate with an internal network of other surgeons for peer reviews and mentorship. Qualifications
Graduation from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD) required. Post-graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Indiana. DEA registration. Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance. Experience with All-on-X procedures. Employment Details
1099 contractor position. Typical surgical hours are Monday-Thursday starting at 7am; open to 1-4 days a week depending on need. Part-time or full-time schedule available; no fixed annual commitment.
