Oral Surgeon
at Nuvia Dental Implant Center. We are looking for a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our traveling regional team to redefine dental implant excellence. Nuvia uses cutting edge technology and processes to deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours. Join the revolution at Nuvia to drive change and provide patients with a premium experience. You will be a traveling PRN surgeon for our central US locations. The cost of travel and licensing will be covered by Nuvia. Compensation ranges from $4,000 to $12,000 per day depending on volume. Responsibilities
Perform dental implant surgery including tooth extraction and alveolectomy as necessary. Work in close collaboration with the restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning for optimal outcomes. Examine, diagnose and provide treatment plans to patients in a comprehensive manner. Work in accordance with Center policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines. Typical surgical hours are Monday–Thursday starting at 7am; open to 1–4 days a week depending on need. Maintain and document comprehensive surgical notes and participate in team case reviews. Qualifications
Graduation from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD) required. Post-graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in assigned region, or ability to apply. DEA registration. Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance. Experience with All-on-X procedure. Duties
Assist and perform dental implant surgeries with coordination from Restorative team; ensure safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the Restorative Doctor to optimize treatment plans and outcomes. What to Expect
On-site restorative team, CRNA, sedation, and secure airway provided for every case. AOX cases only (no singles or multiples) to streamline surgical experience and enable permanent next-day restorations. Permanent prostheses delivered in 24 hours by skilled on-site restorative doctors. Titanium bar cross stabilization to increase implant success and a digital workflow for improved prosthetic passivity. Part-time, contract position with no non-compete or restrictive covenants. Hands-on complex case training and elite training opportunities from experienced mentors. Collaborative environment with an internal network of surgeons for peer reviews and mentorship.
