W2 $44-$48; 1099 $55-$61
Responsibilities
Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow.
Supervise COTAs daily.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
Monitor and document patient progress with the use of EMR software.
Qualifications
Current NYS OT License and Registration
EMR Competence
State Required Medical Documentation for work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (Physical, TB Test, MMRV Vaccine Record or Titers, Covid Vaccine Documentation)
Valid Proof of Identity and Work Authorization
Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
