Advanced Practice Registered Nurses
(APRNs) with a strong background in wound care to join our team in
Tampa, FL
and MD. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized wound care treatment plans. Administer advanced wound treatments including debridement, negative pressure therapy, and application of grafts. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed. Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams. Educate patients and caregivers on proper wound care practices and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Uphold and promote a high standard of patient care and service excellence. Requirements And Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of clinical experience in wound care required. Experience with grafts is a strong advantage. Licensure: Valid and active APRN license to practice in Maryland or Florida is required. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; an entrepreneurial and self-driven approach to clinical practice. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Availability: Immediate availability is preferred, with the ability to quickly integrate into our team and start making a difference.
