The base pay range is provided by 21HHS and is determined by skills and experience. Anticipated wage for Speech Therapist is 110,000.00-125,000.00 per year, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits offered. What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)

In partnership with the Case Manager, provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing. Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. Serve as an educator, patient advocate, and member of the interdisciplinary care team. Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License Current BLS/CPR Certification Valid CA Driver’s License Knowledge of development and behavior as it relates to illness/injury and cultural considerations in health care Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines (preferred) Home health experience (highly preferred) Experience with high-acuity patients (a plus) Experience working with an interdisciplinary team (highly desired) Case Management fundamentals (highly desired) Self-directed, empathetic, critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills Leadership and organizational skills Prior to scheduling an in-person interview, candidates must complete a computer literacy and competency assessment; results are confidential and used as part of the hiring decision 21st Century is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
