Overview
Clinical Office Coordinator- Primary Care at Emerson Health in Waltham, MA. Reports to the Practice Manager and works under the direct supervision of the Physician(s). The Clinical Office Coordinator is responsible for the day to day administrative/reception function in support of the physician/ nurse practitioner with the goal of having a smooth running office. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and reception support to the clinic in support of the physician/ nurse practitioner. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: One to three years Administrative Assistant/Medical Office required. Licensure and/or Certification: Graduate of a Medical Assistant/Secretary program preferred. Skills: Strong computer skills; GE Centricity (electronic medical record system) and Meditech skills are preferred. Must have the ability to maintain confidential information. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, interpersonal communication skills on the phone and in person, customer service skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and medical terminology. Must have the ability to read and write in English.
