Responsibilities
Lead and mentor lawn care teams, ensuring excellence in fertilization, weed control, pest management, and soil treatments.
Drive business development and grow accounts to expand Daybreak’s market presence.
Oversee scheduling, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Partner with leadership to set sales targets, develop budgets, and implement new service offerings.
Represent Daybreak in the community and foster strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of leadership experience in lawn care, landscaping, or the green industry.
Proven success in sales and revenue growth.
Pesticide applicator certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
