Hands-on with product coverage, action, formula, and interface configuration.

Fix production defects in PolicyPro.

Experience in PolicyPro implementation projects or large enhancements.

Knowledge of Sapiens PolicyPro data model and Oracle DB.

Experience with microservices and REST API integrations with PolicyPro.

Familiar with Agile development methodologies.

Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

8–12 years of software development experience, with ability to work independently.

Experience in design/code reviews and adherence to documentation best practices.

Strong experience as a Sapiens Configurator with PolicyPro.

Knowledge of Sapiens PolicyPro data model and Oracle DB.

Ability to review requirements and provide accurate effort estimates.

Technical Primary Skills

Strong experience as a Sapiens Configurator with PolicyPro.

Hands-on with product coverage, action, formula, and interface configuration.

Proven experience in PolicyPro implementation projects or large enhancements.

Knowledge of Sapiens PolicyPro data model and Oracle DB.

Experience with microservices and REST API integrations with PolicyPro.

Ability to fix production defects in PolicyPro.

Familiar with Agile development methodologies.

8–12 years of software development experience, with ability to work independently.

Experience in design/code reviews and adherence to documentation best practices.

Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Secondary (Nice to Have)

Experience with BPM or MuleSoft.

Soft Skills

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of insurance domain.
