We are seeking a
Procedure Writer
to support our Desktop Procedure team in developing, updating, and publishing procedure materials. This role is critical to managing a backlog of assignments while full-time team members focus on other initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong procedure writing skills, excellent communication with SMEs, and the ability to deliver clear, concise documentation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Write and update
desktop procedures
for Microsoft products. Collaborate with
subject matter experts (SMEs)
to gather technical and business information. Draft, revise, and submit procedures to the publishing team. Manage workload to meet high-volume demands (20–50 procedures per month). Stay aligned with compliance, function, and policy standards. Required Qualifications
2+ years of
desktop-level procedure writing experience
(preferably in a financial services environment). Proficiency with
Microsoft Word & Excel . User-level knowledge of
Jira . Soft Skills
Strong communication and willingness to ask clarifying questions. Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate revisions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
