Jr Learning and Development Facilitator

will deliver engaging training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various departments, with a focus on mortgage lending, compliance, sales, and customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual with facilitation skills, instructional design experience, and a passion for employee development. Key Responsibilities Facilitate instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires and existing employees, covering mortgage industry regulations, loan processing, underwriting, customer service, sales techniques, and company policies. Implement engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, workbooks, and assessments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Assess training needs and performance gaps through surveys, feedback, and discussions with management. Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making improvements as needed. Stay updated on mortgage industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in learning and development. Assist in onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate successfully into the organization. Manage learning management system (LMS) content, tracking employee progress and reporting training completion. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 2+ years in training and facilitation, preferably in the mortgage, banking, or financial services industry. Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills. Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training programs. Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles. Strong organizational skills.
