As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
Tutor online in Elementary School Writing, delivering clear explanations and personalized instruction. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Use the platform’s Live Learning tools to conduct sessions remotely—no commuting required. Get matched with students suited to your teaching style and expertise. Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time. Invoicing and payments are handled by Varsity Tutors; you’ll be paid for your tutoring sessions, with payouts up to twice per week. What We Look For In a Tutor
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Elementary School Writing and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Ways To Connect With Students
