The University of Minnesota's School of Dentistry invites applicants for part-time, adjunct faculty positions to instruct and serve as attending dentists in the clinical specialties within the Department of Developmental and Surgical Sciences. Divisions within this department include Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Anomalies Clinic, and Periodontology. The availability of adjunct faculty positions depends on the teaching, research, and service needs of each division. Responsibilities

Clinical instruction and supervision of all phases of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. May include seminar presentations to advanced education students. Qualifications

Required for all positions: Authorization to work in the U.S. (VISA sponsorship not available) Current Minnesota Dental License CPR/BLS certification Academic qualifications include DDS, BDS, or DMD, completion of an accredited advanced education program in orthodontics, and board certification or eligibility. Experience in private practice or teaching, along with Minnesota dental or dental hygiene license, is required. About the Department

Pay range: $2,013 - $55,667, depending on qualifications and experience. Retirement plans are available. Application Process
