We’re a Series A Startup, founded in 2016. Hatch is an AI-powered customer communication platform designed to help businesses increase conversion and retention at lower overhead costs. Responsibilities
Lead complex deployments at strategic customers. Embed with customers where delivery is urgent and ambiguity is high. Map problems, structure delivery, and ship fast. Scope, sequence, and build full‑stack solutions that create measurable value. Drive clarity across internal and external teams. Identify reusable patterns and share field feedback that informs the roadmap. Consult with sales early and often to prevent requirement misalignment before it becomes a problem. Embed closely with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption of what you build. Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early. Contribute directly in the code when progress or clarity depends on it. Qualifications
5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience that includes customer-facing work. Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments. Ability to write and review production-grade code across frontend and backend. Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models and understanding how model behavior affects product experience. Ability to simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure. Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders. Ability to spot risks early and adjust without slowing down. Demonstrates calm and judgment when the stakes are high. Job details
