Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Katy, TX
relocation package up to $15K

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly

Requirements
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
Masters degree
Active BCBA certification required
LBA Preferred (before starting services)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
Benefits
